Flying to Campus:

The nearest airport to Oxford, MS is Memphis International Airport. It is located about 1 hour and 15 minutes driving time. If you are flying, you may utilize one of the options below:

Option 1: Carpool

The SW/SW Conference Committee will organize a carpool service to reduce the cost of travel for attendees. Volunteer graduate students from the University of Mississippi will host shuttles to and from the airport at a fee. If you are interested in this service, please indicate so when registering for the conference and reach out to us when you settle your flight information. Otherwise, we may not be able to organize a carpool for you.

Option 2: Memphis Airport Shuttle, LLC

Driving to Campus:

• If you are driving to campus from another state in the Southeast region, please use the address for the Courtyard Oxford (305 E Jackson Ave, Oxford, MS 38655). 

• We have written instructions from Memphis, Jackson, and Tupelo, so contact us via email if those may be helpful to you!
